DOGS

Your furry friends are welcome to stay overnight in some of in the accommodation, however, we do need prior notice of this as first you will need to sign our dog agreement form. You must contact me and Kieran if you would like to do this so we can contact wedding coordinator. If you would like a dog to stay overnight as you will need to pick a pet friendly room/apartment; bedroom 3 or apartment 1. Dogs must be kept on a lead and accompanied at all times, unless crated in the bedroom or apartment where they will need checking on regularly.

TRAVEL COTS

You are welcome to bring your own travel cots at no extra charge. The venue also have 2 travel cots available which can be used at the guest’s request, however, we do ask guests to bring their own bedding for them as this is unfortunately not included.

EXTRA BEDS FOR CHILDREN

We have some small fold-out camp beds available; these are only suitable for children under 12 years old. These can be added to rooms when making a booking online. Camp beds are an additional cost of £50 which includes bedding and breakfast the following day. Our booking site does ask guests to speak to a member of the team before booking, as the number of camp beds is limited, and these do not fit comfortably in all of the bedrooms. If any of you need this doing please speak to me and Kieran and I can get sorted out for you guys.

ENJOYING THE DAY

We believe that everyone – are closest family and friends – should enjoy every moment of our special day from their first step into Crowcombe Court.

To ensure that there are no unexpected schedule surprises upon arrival which start the day off with disappointment, please ensure you make your selfs fully aware of the check in time and the venue’s scheduled opening time as stated on the accommodation page.

This is a cashless venue so only card will be accepted at the venue. No cash will accepted.

Finally we can't wait to celebrate with you all on our special day.
