Shuttle bus arrives at DoubleTree at 3:15PM and departs at 3:30PM on 9/14. Shuttle bus arrives at Mountain Top (Venue) at 9:15PM and departs at 9:30PM to go back to DoubleTree If you choose to drink, please leave your car at the venue overnight and catch the shuttle bus downtown to get an Uber/lyft/ride from there. You will need to pick up your car the next day prior to Sunday evening (they will lock gate after that)

Both the wedding and reception will be outside, the reception will take place under a covered pavillion and will have accommodations in case of rain.

We will only be having children as indicated on the invitation. We encourage you to use this evening as a fun night out for yourself!

The wedding begins at 4PM, but we recommend that you arrive at least 10 minutes early to take time to find your seats!
