Four years ago, on separately planned ski trips to Big Sky Montana, John and Jessica met for the first time through dumb luck (pictured in the middle) on the last day of their trips.

After one run, James abandoned them to ski together because of "fatigue" (what a wingman). They ended up skiing the rest of their last day together, and had such a great time John completely forgot to ask for her number.... James to the rescue, and asked Jessica to send the picture they took together to John.

They met up in Knoxville two weeks later, and a casual dinner turned into spending the next seven hours together.

Six months later, they officially became a couple and the rest is history.
