Uber/Lyft is one of the easiest ways to get all around the city and surrounding neighborhoods.

For the thrill-seekers, rentable scooters can be great for short distances during the day and early evening (for safety, they don't operate at night).

There is a public train that connects key neighborhoods, but it is not very widely used and we would not recommend late at night.
