The ceremony starts at 4pm, all guests should arrive no later than 3:30pm.

There will be hotel rooms blocked off at Mohegan Pennsylvania Hotel. There will also be a bus that will shuttle from the hotel to the venue, and then back to the hotel at the end of the reception. Please let the couple know if you plan on taking the transportation to and/or from the venue.

The bus will be leaving the hotel by 2:45pm to ensure the guests arrive to the venue by 3:30pm.

As much as we love and adore the little ones of our family and friends, we have chosen to have an adults only celebration to ensure a relaxing and stress-free evening for everyone.

Any family and friends that are traveling a far distance the day prior to the wedding will be personally invited to the rehearsal dinner by the couple.

Bus transportation to and from the venue will be prioritized for guests staying at Mohegan Pennsylvania. Once hotel room bookings are finalized, if there are still seats available, we’ll be happy to offer them to additional guests not staying at the hotel.
