Jena has not only survived being Jessica’s best friend through college/nursing school, but has also been Jess’ work wife, adventure buddy, and personal unpaid therapist ever since. Jena and Jessica have done several girls trips to including cabin weekends, Stillwater, Arizona, and of course Florida’s Universal Studios where they shared in their obsession with Harry Potter. Jena has been an amazing support system for Jessica and Jessica is thrilled that Jena took on the job as one of her Matrons of Honor and couldn’t imagine her special day without her.

Tom is one of David’s 2 favorite brothers and Jess’s new brother-in-law. David and Tom have bonded over their love of sports and working together at Tomahawk scout camp. Tom can always be counted on for his sarcastic humor to lighten the mood and get David laughing.

Laura and Jessica became friends in 6th grade and have stayed best friends since then. Laura was frequently Jessica’s partner-in-crime for all shenanigans growing up and “honorary daughter” for the Timmerman parents. Whether it was church camp, band trips, or WE Fest the two were in on the adventure together. The adventures continue now as Laura shares Jessica’s love of camping and the two having had matching tear drop campers for a time. Laura has always been ready for new adventures which is one of the many reasons why Jessica is so happy Laura was willing to be one of her Matrons of Honor so she could share this next adventure with her as well.

Joe is also one of David’s 2 favorite brothers and Jess’s new brother-in-law. David and Joe both enjoy annoying their wives, spoiling their dogs, and struggling to escape escape rooms. Joe and his wife Claire have been a huge support to David and Jess on their dog adoption and wedding adventures, they couldn’t have done it without them. David is thrilled to have Joe as one of his best men!

Brittany is Jessica’s sister-in-law and has been a great support system over the past 14 years. Brittany has always been a phone call away when advice is needed and has been a great role model of what a good sister, aunt, and dog mom looks like. Brittany was the most amazing cheerleader for Jessica as she struggled to survive the wedding planning process; she was always there to encourage and support. Brittany had been such a wonderful addition to the Timmerman family and Jessica couldn’t get married without her sister standing with her.

Claire is Jessica’s new sister-in-law and great friend. Claire has been extremely helpful with to the wedding planning and organization process as she has been helping Jessica with all things weddings over the last year. Claire also shares a huge soft spot and love for dogs. She is a foster for Coco’s Heart Dog rescue, and helped David and Jessica adopt their puppy, Cedar. Jessica was so happy Claire took on another wedding task of being her bridesmaid and supporting her on her wedding day.

Josh is Jessica’s brother and now David’s brother-in-law. Josh has always had a fun loving and sarcastic personality. He has an amazing ability to lighten the mood and make any crowd laugh. Josh and David share a love for good humor, travel, and family. Josh was always Jessica’s best friend growing up and she still thinks the world of her brother. Both David and she are thrilled to have him standing with them on their wedding day.

Cedar is David and Jess’ floofy new puppy. His big personality is only rivaled by his size but he is a gentle giant. Cedar loves his adventures and some quality cuddles. He has been taking his dog of honor role very seriously by making sure he is always the center of attention. Jess and David are very much in love with the dog that definitely chose them.

Katy is David’s sister, Jessica’s new sister-in-law, and Jessica’s good friend. Katy and Jessica quickly learned upon meeting they shared many interests including Disney, dogs, Harry Potter, music, and most importantly….trying to annoy David. Katy has also been a great help taking care of Cedar (with the assistances of her own pup Rowan). Both David and Jessica couldn’t imagine having their wedding without Katy standing with them as a bridesmaid.

Isaac and David have known each other since childhood but became closer friends when they shared an apartment in college at UMD. Isaac’s fun and goofy personality made for lots of shenanigans during college and despite distance David and Isaac have remained close friend’s. David couldn’t imagine his wedding day without him.

Amy has been Jessica’s best friend since she can remember, literally. Amy and Jessica met in preschool and it’s a friendship that’s lasted a lifetime. Amy and Jessica share a love of plays/musicals. Growing up they played parts as munchkins (ask her about the lamp shade) and witches their hometown theater and now try to see shows together whenever possible. Amy has always been a part of Jessica’s family and Jessica has always felt welcomed in like a part of Amy’s as well. Jessica is so grateful to have Amy as a bridesmaid on her wedding day.

Matt and David first met at Tomahawk Scout Camp during their first year on staff together in 2014. They then went on to be college roommates at UMD during the school year and tent mates the summers in between. Matts positive and uplifting personality can brighten anybody’s day and David is excited to have him with him on his wedding day!

Anne-Marie and Jessica met in middle school and by the time Jessica joined synchronized swimming freshman year of high school, Jessica knew she had a best friend on the team; bonding over chlorine, glitter, and hair gel. Jessica loves that even as “adults”, Anne-Marie and she share many interest including tattoos, dogs, travel, and the Shrek CD soundtrack. Anne-Marie now lives out of state, but distance is never a problem as they both keep in touch with one another. It is so special for Jessica to have Anne-Marie in Minnesota as a bridesmaid in her wedding.

Ryan and David met while working at Tomahawk Scout Camp. Since then they have bonded over volunteering/chainsawing at camp, crazy camping adventures, and their love for a new whiskey to try. David couldn’t imagine the day without Burr!

David first met Derrick at Tomahawk Scout Camp in 2007, when Derrick taught young David how to shoot a black powder rifle. Many years later they went on to be staff members together at Tomahawks winter program, snowbase. Since then they have bonded over volunteering/chainsawing at camp, crazy camp shenanigans, and sending bear themed memes back and forth. Derricks kind and caring personality can brighten anybody’s day and David is excited to have him at his wedding!
