Can I bring an additional guest with me?
As much as we would love to celebrate with everyone, our space is limited . Please do not invite or bring any additional guests outside of the RSVPs.
Do I have to RSVP?
Absolutely yes! We have paid for all of our guests to enjoy this special day with us. If you show up without RSVP'ing or without an invite , be prepared to bring your own chair and a PB&J sandwich haha. But seriously, just don't do it.
Will there be an option to watch online if I cannot attend?
Unfortunately there will not be an option to watch live online at this time.
Can I take my own pictures and video at the ceremony/reception ?
This is an unplugged ceremony. We encourage photos/ videos at the reception but not the ceremony. During the ceremony we ask that all electronic devices be put away and silenced to avoid interruption . Camera flashes can affect the photographer and you might obscure someone else's view. Take all the photos and videos you want at the reception and make sure to use hashtag #GetDownWithTheBrowns052022
Do you allow smoking ?
Smoking is allowed outside on both the front and back patios. The venue will provide ash trays.
When can I arrive to the ceremony ?
No earlier than 6 pm ( 30 minutes prior to the ceremony).
Do you have a registry?
Your presence at our wedding is enough of a gift, but should you wish to give us something, we'd greatly appreciate a monetary contribution towards our dream honeymoon. Please see the registry tab for the link for direct contribution to our honeymoon fund.
Can I bring my children?
As much as we love your children, this is an all adult affair for guests 21 and up. Due to space limitations, we can only accommodate children in the wedding party. Extenuating circumstances will be made on a case by case basis.
Please inquire with us directly in regards to bringing children to the wedding. You can text or call me at (678)618-6772.
What is the deadline to RSVP?
RSVP by April 23, 2022
Are there any COVID restrictions?
We would love for all our family and friends to be there. Due to restrictions placed by our venue, you must be fully vaccinated in order to attend. This is to ensure the safetiness of all of our guests.
Additionally, for ALL guests we will require a negative Covid test within 24-48 hrs prior to the event . This can be a rapid test or PCR test as long as you have the results prior to the event.
If you are coming from out of town, we recommend purchasing the rapid covid 19 test ahead of time and bringing it with you. The test recommended is the BinaxNOW Covid-19 rapid antigen self test or the Quidel QuickVue at- Home OTC Covid test. This test is $23 and is available online through Amazon, Walgreens, and Walmart. It is also available in some stores .
Also , the Postal Service is delivering one shipment of 4 COVID tests per residential address. Enter your name, address and email at http://www.usps.com/covidtest to request a shipment. This is a way to get 4 free tests!
If you are feeling at all unwell, we ask that you stay home and look after yourself.
What is the dress code?
Semi-formal/cocktail attire is highly recommended.
What are the bridal party colors?
The colors are ivory, gold, and navy blue
How do I get to and from the hotel to the venue ?
Unfortunately, the hotel does not provide a shuttle service to the venue. We recommend using Uber. Uber offers SUVs for large parties and even let's you schedule a few days in advance.
Do you have a hashtag for the wedding ?
Yes we do! Our hashtag for the wedding is #GetDownWithTheBrowns052022.
A hashtag is a unique way to post pictures to your social media accounts where we can later view all the photos and fun memories for our special day.
For example , you post your pictures as your normally would and in the comment section you type #GetDownWithTheBrowns052022 and we will be able to see all memories from our special day !
