Not to worry! We have called ahead and blocked off rooms at two different hotels for guests. They will offer you a discounted rate if you're interested in either of these places. Both hotel's information is under the "Travel" tab above. There's also various Airbnbs around the area if you prefer that.

Our wedding ceremony will start promptly at 5pm. I would plan to arrive at Hewitt Oaks around 4:45pm. Beware that the dirt road to get to the entrance of the venue (Stillwell rd) is very bumpy so you will want to drive slowly once you get on that road to the venue.

The wedding ceremony will start at 5pm. Directly to follow will be the cocktail hour. Then, after cocktail hour will be the reception with dinner and dancing. The bride and groom will likely leave around 9:30-10:00.
