All accommodations are included in the rental price we have paid. No cost is required from our guests from check-in on Thursday, October 15th, through check-out on Sunday, October 18th.

We will be providing different meals throughout the entire weekend. Dinner will be provided on Thursday, Friday, and Saturday. Self serve breakfast is included on Friday, Saturday, and Sunday. There will also be Brunch included on Saturday. Each villa also has it's own kitchen so you are welcome to go grocery shopping before hand and pick up your own breakfast, lunch and late night snack options if you have certain dietary preferences. We recommend stopping at a grocery store in the city you fly in to considering the villa is fairly remote.

None of these events are mandatory; we are just trying to provide an all-inclusive experience for all of our guests. You are more than welcome to skip any of the planned meals, we just ask you RSVP for each event so we can confirm the amount of food necessary.

Similar to accommodations, this is included in the costs we are covering. If you choose to join us, these meals are at no cost to you.

Formal Garden Party

There is no dress code for any other event/meals outside of the wedding. However, we will have our photographer stopping in for a few hours the night before the wedding (the Welcome Dinner). For this reason, we will be dressing up similarly to how we would at a traditional rehearsal dinner. You are welcome to dress up and get photos as well, but please do not feel obligated.

The venue is not in a major city. The closest city is Perugia, located approximately 40 minutes from the venue. Therefore, it will require a vehicle to reach. If there is enough interest, we have the opportunity to rent a van for several guests at once for a designated amount of time. Please reach out to us if you are interested. We have chosen to do a very small ceremony and party overseas; therefore, we will not be having a formal reception in the States.

To RSVP, please click the RSVP tab here on our website and type in your name. All invited guests in your party will appear here to mark as "attending" or "declining". Please RSVP before August 15, 2026. If we do not get an RSVP back by the date provided, it will be marked as "declining". We will miss you celebrating with us; however, we have to provide total guest counts to our vendors in a timely manner for food and drinks. Due to this, we cannot accept late RSVPs - we hope that you understand!

There is a pool, so feel free to pack a swimsuit! Additionally, linens are provided, but since it’s not a traditional hotel, we aren’t sure what is provided in the bathrooms. We suggest packing toiletries with you. We have confirmed hair dryers are included in all bathrooms and a steamer, iron, and washing machine are available in the main building.

You can expect mild, pleasant temperatures during the day (60-70) with chillier evenings (50-60). Plan to lightly layer throughout your time and we recommend tracking the weather closer to the actual date.
