WHEN SHOULD I RSVP BY?
Please RSVP by July 11, 2025 so we can finalize our plans. If we don’t hear from you by this date, we’ll assume you won’t be able to attend. Thank you for your understanding!
IS THERE A DRESS CODE?
Yes! Our dress code is cocktail attire - Cowboy boots are welcome! The ceremony is outdoors and the reception is indoor/outdoor so dress accordingly. No jeans, shorts, short sleeves or white/cream dresses please!
WHAT TIME SHOULD I ARRIVE?
The ceremony will start at 4:00 p.m so we ask that guests arrive 30 minutes before so everyone can be seated on time.
CAN I BRING A PLUS ONE?
While we would love to have everyone attend, due to the capacity limitations of our venue, we are only able to accommodate those names on your invitations/RSVP. Unfortunately, we cannot make any exceptions to this rule. Thank you for understanding!
WHAT'S FOR DINNER?
We are having the famous Terry Black's BBQ catered for dinner & will have a charcuterie spread during happy hour!
WILL THERE BE AN OPEN BAR?
Yes! There will be an open bar starting after the ceremony with beer, wine, cocktail & mocktail options.

WHAT SHOULD I DO IF I'M LATE TO THE CEREMONY?
If you arrive after the ceremony has started, please join us for the cocktail hour instead of entering the ceremony. We want to ensure the moment is as special as possible. We look forward to welcoming you during the cocktail hour!
