Jessica and Jack met for the first time during their senior year at the University of Georgia over dinner at mutual friends Dianne and Steven’s place. Although they didn’t see each other again until three years later at their friends’ engagement party, they reconnected and could not stop thinking about each other until reuniting at the wedding. After spending time together over the wedding weekend, Jessica and Jack finally started dating.

Two years later, Jack planned a surprise trip to New York. One evening, he invited her for a brisk walk by the Hudson River. They strolled towards the Whitney Museum and he led her up to the High Line to ask her to marry him. She said yes!
