Jessica decided to give Match one more try. She literally said “okay God, I’m giving it one more try. If nothing happens, I’ll be fine and I’ll be perfectly content with just Zoey and myself”. Within 24 hours of signing up for one more month, on January 13th, she saw a message from a guy named Ryan. He said something along the lines of “Hi my name is Ryan and I see we have a lot in common. Also your dog is really cute…what’s her name?” We messaged back and forth all day and by the evening we had scheduled a FaceTime call the next day. During that video call, our conversation just felt natural and we had scheduled a date for the following week by the end of the call. We decided soon after that that was too long of a wait, so January 17th we met at a Poke Ramen place in Strongsville and then walked around the mall. Jessica remembers calling her best friend, Nikki after dinner on the way to the mall and said “I found the guy I’m going to marry!” After that date, we became inseparable and we realized the true meaning of the saying, “when you know, you know!” People often thought we were moving fast, but when you got to see us together, it just makes sense because it’s natural! We cannot wait to share our day with all of our loved ones!
