Where do I RSVP?

Please RSVP using this website under the heading "RSVP". You will be able to search your name. Your name should pop up and just click on it. If for any reason your name does not pop up please feel free to email us.

Can I just RSVP for myself to include my whole family?

Yes! Once you search your name to RSVP there should be a list of your whole family and you may select/RSVP each of your family members.

What date should I RSVP by?

The earlier the better! We would prefer if you would let us know no later than June 2025.

What is the address of the wedding venue?

You can find the address of the venue on the wedding invitation. If you can't find the wedding invitation the address is down below with their phone number.

Are the ceremony & reception held at the same location?

Yes!

What time is the ceremony & reception?

Our ceremony starts at 4pm followed by our cocktail hour at 4:30. Reception will begin around 5:30.

Are phones allowed during the ceremony/reception?

We are having an unplugged ceremony - meaning that no phones should be out during the ceremony. We encourage all our guests to be present in the moment. We have a talented photographer that will be taking many photos throughout our day & if you would like copies of the photos during our day please don't hesitate to ask. Phones are ok during the reception. We just ask that they are on silent, especially during speeches.

What if I am late to the wedding?

If you are late during our ceremony we ask if you please wait outside as our ceremony starts at 4 pm sharp. If you are really late and miss our ceremony completely but show up in time for the reception please find your name on our seating chart and please be seated. (Unless everyone is mingling or dancing) - feel free to join.

What should I wear?

Our wedding is semi formal. We are not too fussed about what colors our guests should wear but please do not wear white. Some suggestions for women - a dress, romper/ jumpsuit, with heels or nice sandals. For men - we suggest a button up long sleeve/short sleeve, tie/bow or no tie/bow, with dress pants & dress shoes.

What will the bridesmaids & groomsmen wear?

Top secret! But if you look at our "wedding colors" tab it'll give you an idea of what potential colors our bridal party will be wearing.

Is there parking available at the venue?

Yes there's a full parking lot available right in front of the venue.

Are Ubers available in the area?

Yes! Please be safe and plan your ride accordingly.

Can I take public transportation?

Yes! Please visit https://www.translink.ca and plan your ride accordingly. The closest bus stop is about a 10 minute walk to/from the venue.

Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?

The wedding will be outdoors. The reception will be covered under a tent. If there is rain both ceremony and reception will be held under the tent.

What hotels are close by?

Please have a look at the "where to stay" tab. There are multiple hotels in the area. Each of the hotels listed below are roughly a 5-10 minute drive away from the venue.

Can I stay at an Airbnb instead?

Absolutely! If staying at airbnbs we recommend staying in these areas in Langley: Walnut Grove, Fort Langley, and Willoughby. As these areas will be the closest to the venue.
