Our ceremony will begin at 6PM on 8/23/24, although we ask guests to arrive between 5:30-5:45PM. This will be followed by a cocktail hour, then dinner, then dancing! We will have the venue until 12AM so expect a full and fun night.

We ask our guests to wear cocktail attire. For those wearing dresses, please no white. We ask guests to not wear red as well since it is reserved for the bride and groom in Chinese culture. All events will take place indoors at the Grand Rapids Art Museum - we have most of the first floor and the second floor gallery from 10-11PM!

There are hotels that are all within walking distance of the GRAM. We will not be providing a shuttle because our chosen hotel is 4 minutes walking from the location. We kindly ask for those that choose to stay further find their own transportation to the venue.

For those coming from farther away and require parking, there are parking structures all within walking distance of the GRAM. Unfortunately, there will not be parking directly on premises.

We love our friends and family's kids! They are awesome and we are leaving it up to the parents to decide if they'd like to bring their kids. If you have children and are anticipating bringing them, please let us know. (Keep in mind our event starts at 6PM and ends at midnight!)

If anyone knows us, we love our food and drink! We will have a charcuterie/grazing board for cocktail hour, then a buffet for dinner and dessert. An open bar will be provided!

Please let us know! We will have vegan options including vegan options on the charcuterie board, vegan main at the buffet, and all our sides will be vegan. If there are any further restrictions on your diet, notify us ASAP!

We definitely encourage our guests to book a room with our hotel block. If this is full or does not work out, there are also plenty of hotel options within walking distance of the GRAM! We have a few listed under the Travel section of the website.

Your presence is present enough, but should you wish to bring a gift our wedding, there will be a gift table for your convenience.

We know how difficult it is to travel to get to a wedding and we don't want to take up more of your time so just the wedding is all you need to attend! (A rehearsal dinner will be held the day before for close family and the bridal party.)
