Both being from Southern California, meeting in San Antonio, Texas wasn't something either of us expected. We met when I was in San Antonio looking at barns and planning my move to Texas with my cousins over spring break. Connor was there for his Flight Paramedic school with the Army. We went on our first date the next day and immediately knew that this was a feeling neither of us had ever felt. The following day, I left to go back to California to finish school. However, Connor wanted to see me one more time so he drove 45 minutes away after a long day of work to pick me up at my Aunt and Uncle's and drive me to the airport. We both knew that the relationship was something we were already committed too and wanted. I visited two more times and we facetimed and called each other daily. After being long distance for 6 months, I moved to San Antonio on September 1st, 2018. After a few months there, Connor finished his Army Flight Paramedic school and was stationed at Fort Hood in Texas (2 & 1/2 hours north). On December 2nd, we bought our first home in Copperas Cove, TX where we currently live - but in our second home now! We are so excited to continue our life together as husband and wife and are even more excited to about sharing this special moment with all of you.
