If your guest name is listed on your invite and when you RSVP, then yes! Your invitation will be made out to "Your name and Your Guest's Name" if a plus one has been given to you. Due to limited capacity, we can only allow the people named on invitation. Thank you for understanding!

Our ceremony is "unplugged". This means that we ask our guests to put away all cell phones and cameras. Make sure phones are on silent or turned off. After the ceremony is over, feel free to take as many photos as you want!

Please arrive 15-20 minutes prior to the ceremony to ensure you have time to park and find your seat.

There is complementary hotel parking in front of the hotel.

The ceremony will be outside on the Formal Gardens at the Hotel Hershey. If the weather is beautiful, the cocktail hour will be both indoor on the mezzanine of the Fountain Lobby and outdoor on the terrace.
