Guest transportation will be provided from the two blocked hotels at 4:15 p.m. Please note there is no parking at the venue. If you are to arrive outside of the provided transportation, please arrive around 5:15 p.m.

Black tie. Examples include a formal suit or tuxedo and a formal cocktail dress or floor length gown.

Please plan for southern fall. While the humidity will be minimal, expect for it to be slightly warm during the day and chilly at night. The reception will be tented, so no need to worry about rain. However, the entirety of the evening will take place outdoors, so please be conscious of your heel choice.

The ceremony will begin at 5:30 p.m., and the evening will conclude at 10:30 p.m.

Guest transportation will be provided from The Kimpton Brice Hotel and Homewood Suites Riverfront. If you’re not staying at either hotel for the night, please Uber, drive, or walk to one of these hotels to load the bus. Parking at the venue is extremely limited.

Due to space and waterfront safety constraints, we are unable to accommodate children.

We will be serving light passed hours d’oeuvres during cocktail hour, followed by a plated dinner and dessert. There will be an open bar and passed champagne.

A space will be provided on the RSVP card.

Yes, rooms have been blocked at the Kimpton Brice Hotel and Homewood Suites Riverfront.

We are asking for an unplugged ceremony, but you are welcome to take pictures throughout the rest of the evening.

Your presence is gift enough, but should you wish to bring a physical gift to our wedding, our planning team can collect it from you for safe storage.

The reception will end at 10:30 p.m., at which time the busses will return to transport all guests back to the two blocked hotels.

Due to limited venue capacity, the number of guests in your party will be outlined on your invitation. If you are unsure, please ask the bride or groom.
