The food will be catered by City Barbecue. We will have meat/cheese trays and fruit/vegetable trays available during the cocktail hour. Following the cocktail hour, we will have a salad and buffet style BBQ, including pulled pork  & pulled chicken. The s,ides will be green beans with bacon, mac & cheese, and baked beans with brisket. We will have an open bar with beer, wine, seltzers and a signature drink along with tea and lemonade.

Yes. We will have a party bus that can take guests to the venue from the hotel, and also back to the hotel after the reception. It will be departing at 4 pm to go to the venue. After the reception, the bus will make two trips promptly at 9pm and 11pm. It will be first come first serve and will hold up to 44 guests. So, please plan accordingly. If you need to leave your car at the venue and pick it up the next day, please do so before 2 pm.

While Uber and Lyft are available, rides are not always readily available in the Lancaster area. Please plan accordingly.

The distance from hotel to venue is approximately 9.9 miles (17 mins).

While we do love and adore all of the children in our lives, we are asking our wedding to be Adults Only. Thank you for your understanding.

We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding.
