We ask all guests dress in cocktail attire/semi-formal. Although a suit and tie are not required, we do ask that you do not wear jeans.

Due to limited capacity, we are unable to accommodate plus ones unless specifically indicated on the invitation. For example, your envelope will be addressed as “X & Guest”, “The X Household” or “Mr & Mrs X”. If you are confused, when you RSVP & type your name, you will see if you have a plus one! We thank you for understanding!

The ceremony will start promptly at 3:00pm. We ask that you arrive 10-15 minutes before the ceremony starts.

In order to ensure we are all fully present, we will be having an “unplugged” ceremony. We request that all guests turn off or silence your cell phones during the ceremony. We assure you that we have hired a phenomenal photographer who will be capturing our ceremony & we will gladly share all the photos with you once we receive them. As for the reception, please feel free to take as many photos as you’d like!

We will provide subsequent cocktails and hors d’oeuvres after the ceremony during cocktail hour. Once cocktail hour has concluded, the bar will become a cash bar for the remainder of the evening.

Once you arrive at the venue, you will be able to park in one of two parking lots. From there, it is a short walk to the main building. The venue is fully private for our special day, so if you require, you will be able to leave your vehicle in the parking lot overnight.

Our ceremony and reception will be held indoors & cocktail hour outdoors, with access to a large gazebo & bar, as well as lawn games

Due to limited space, there will not be any hotel rooms available to book, as they are reserved for the bride & groom, wedding party and the immediate family.

Unfortunately we won’t be providing a shuttle for you to return back to Calgary, but Uber is available at a reasonable price.
