A NOTE ON OUR CELEBRATION
We’re so excited to celebrate with you! While we adore your little ones, we kindly ask that our wedding be an adults-only event, with the exception of our teenage family members. Thank you for understanding.
WHEN DO I NEED TO RSVP BY?
Please make sure to RSVP by May 10th, 2025. If we don’t receive your response by then, we will have to assume you’re unable to attend and mark you as not attending.
WHAT IS THE ATTIRE?
We invite everyone to dress up in semi-formal attire—think cocktail dresses or suits.
CAN I BRING A GUEST?
Unfortunately, we’re unable to accommodate additional guests beyond those specified on your invitation/rsvp due to venue limitations.
WILL THERE BE ALCOHOL?
Yes, there will be a cash bar available at the reception.
IS THERE PARKING AT THE VENUE?
Yes, parking is free, and you're welcome to leave your car overnight if needed. Your safety is important to us, so make arrangements accordingly.
WILL THE CEREMONY/ RECEPTION BE INDOOR OR OUTDOOR?
Both the ceremony and reception will be held indoors at Powell Gardens to keep everyone comfortable. Feel free to explore the stunning 970 acres of lush gardens, vibrant flowers, and serene landscapes during the event. Just a heads-up—Kansas can be hot in July, so please plan accordingly if you decide to step outside!
Directions to the Chapel from the Powell Gardens Entrance
Turn into our entrance drive off of 50 Highway.
Follow the entrance drive to the intersection, just before our main gates, and turn right at the stop sign, onto 650 th Road.
Take your first left. This is the Powell Gardens administrative entrance.
At the fork in the road, take a right. You will be driving away from the lake.
Drive down the road until you reach the Chapel parking lot. The Chapel parking lot is at the end of the road you are on, so you will not be able to drive any further when you reach it.
