The ceremony is set to begin at 2:30 pm promptly at Trinity United Church. We ask guests to arrive by 2:00 pm to ensure everyone is seated in time!

In between the ceremony and the reception we will be taking a short intermission to allow the wedding party an opportunity for photos. This is a great time for guests to grab a snack and a drink at one of the local spots downtown, go for a walk along the waterfront or head home to freshen up. Visit the 'Things to Do' tab for our best recommendations! Please ensure you plan to arrive at the Delta Hotel by 5:30 pm for the reception dinner to commence at 6:00 pm.

Since our reception is taking place at the Delta Hotel, we have a block of rooms being held right at the hotel for our wedding weekend. All information relating to the room reservations can be found under the 'Travel' tab.

Yes, the drinks are on us and the hangover is on you - get ready to celebrate!

The Delta has parking on the far south side of the hotel that is marked as such. Please be advised that the parking lot directly out front of the hotel is a city-owned parking lot that permits parking for a maximum of 3 hours and is enforced by the City. Please utilize the hotel parking lots mentioned above.

If you received a plus one, your guest's name is listed on your invitation and will appear under your name when you RSVP. Otherwise, we would love to keep the wedding as an intimate event with close friends and family.

We are not currently registered anywhere at this time.

Thunder Bay does not presently have Uber or Lyft ride-sharing services. However, there is a local company called 'Uride' and it functions very similarly through an app you can download on your mobile device. Alternatively, the two taxi companies in the city are Roach's Yellow Taxi (807-345-7721) or Diamond Lacey's Taxi (807-622-6001). Please don't drink and drive!
