The grounds are open to all guests on Friday! Feel free to stop by anytime. We may be running around with last minute details and decor before 4pm. We will provide family style BBQ dinner Friday evening about 5pm onwards. Casual attire, come as you are!

Saturday will reach a high of 82 during the ceremony at 4PM. We are under tree coverage. The venue is located by running water and the temperature does drop quickly to mid 60's by the evening, so dress in layers!

No smoking is permitted at the venue. Guests who are found smoking may be fined by the property owners, please respect this request!

We will keep the drinks flowing with an open bar, but please tip your bartenders!

Yes. There is parking on-site, overflow parking is located along the outside of the venue, and additional parking offered a short jaunt from the venue across the church near the venue. We will have side-by-side 4x4's to shuttle you from overflow parking to the venue! We do encourage as many groups to travel together as possible.

The entirety of the ceremony and reception will be outdoors! We recommend bringing a coat for the evening

Plus ones are listed on your physical invitations if permitted, we do have limited capacity for the special day!

Trinity Center is about 4 hours from the Sacramento region. For folks flying in, we suggest flying into Medford, OR where the drive to the venue will be 2 hours or Redding, CA where the drive will be 1.5 hours.

For guests that are not staying onsite, review the 'Travel' tab for nearby accommodations or search Airbnb and VRBO. We list nearby cabins and inns, but please note the distance.

The venue is within the Trinity Alps Wilderness, however all roads are paved and you do not need 4WD or AWD. We will have wifi, cell service, electricity, and all other basic amenities!

Outside of immediate family, we want our guests to have the opportunity to relax and unwind this weekend. We have chosen to make this weekend adults only, let your hair down and celebrate!

Most nearby cabins are open to your well-behaved furry friends, but dogs are not allowed at the ceremony and reception!
