Our love story started when both of our friends convinced us to join a dating app. We were both hesitant but created an account on Bumble. It started when we both swiped right lol. We snap chat messaged each other & on the Bumble app for a few weeks before we met. Bryan kept trying to get me to meet him for lunch in town because he worked in Lake City at Ford. I was traveling a lot for work then so I didn’t get to meet up with him. Then one day he sent me a snap chat inviting me to meet him at Marion Street / Halpatters Brewery in Lake City. I told him I would after I finished some work. Then around 9:30pm that night I texted him saying I was on my way. He didn’t think I would actually come so he started drinking with his friend Rick but I did show up! When I walked in I could see Bryan across the bar/restaurant and as he saw me he made the hand motion like he hit the jackpot and I could hear him said YES! Lol Thar put a huge smile on my face. I walked up to him and he gave me a hug. He had a seat saved for me hoping I would show up. He about got into a fight over saving a seat for hours in a busy bar but he was determined to have me a seat when I showed up. We had a few drinks and were stuck to each other from the moment we met. His friend Rick hung out with us and thought it was funny how attached we immediately were. When I went to leave Bryan kept trying to convince me to stay longer and saying “will we hang out again” and I said “yes, we will!” Well.. we were inseparable from then on out. The next day he actually took me on our official first date where he picked me up at my house and we went back to Marion Street to eat dinner before we headed to Branford for the neighborhood Christmas Party. I met all of his neighbors/friends and his dog Babe that night. It was a great night! 


Our love story continued to grow! I met his beautiful daughter Alexis 3 days after we met on Christmas Eve when I went with them to his sister’s house. Bryan & Alexis came with me & Bristol to my moms for Christmas where they met my family. Everyone just clicked as if we have been together forever. We decided to move in together a few months later. If fate was real then this was it. 


In May/April we decided to try having a baby. It did not take long and we convinced beginning of April. Less than 9 months later we were blessed with our son Liam Rowdy Acres who arrived on 12/3/2021 at 8:58pm weighing 6lbs 8oz 19 3/4 in long. He was perfect and we are so beyond happy! 


Our story since has been a never ending flow of blessings! We bought our first home in November 2020. Bryan got his dream shop a day after our son was born. It’s been nothing but amazing since the day we met! 


Every detour and “wrong” / right turn we both took got us to each other and we couldn’t be happier! 


We can’t wait to marry each other on November 27th 2021 with our friends & family in attendance ❤️ our love story begun with a simple swipe to the right and look at us now!
