BOAT DEPARTURE: 6:30pm

The boat will leave Auke Bay Statter Harbor at 6:30pm sharp with Allen Marine Tours. Please be at the harbor 15 minutes early. The boat will return at 8:30pm.

PARKING:

If you want to park for free, we recommend you park at Auke Bay Elementary School - but please note, it is about a 10 minute walk to the harbor.

If you'd like to park closer, you can park in Auke Bay Statter Harbor and pay $5 for the whole day (or $1/hr) - look for a parking kiosk.

Please see the map below for parking options and where in the harbor to meet up. For those who might not want to walk 10 mins or have difficulty walking, we recommend you get dropped off at the boat dock / or park in the harbor. We will have someone at the harbor with a sign telling you where to go.

POTLUCK:

We encourage you to bring a snack or dish to share! Please do not bring any beverages. Alcoholic beverages can be purchased on board and we’ll supply some non-alcoholic drinks too.

SUGGESTED CONTRIBUTION:

If you are able to, we’re asking for folks to chip in $35/person (kids are free). You can Venmo Jessy @Jessy-Post or Jake @Jacob-DeKraai or cash or whatever works for you the day of.

***If you are planning to spend the night at the Methodist Camp, please plan on driving or carpooling and not taking the shuttle so you have a ride home the next day***

If you are driving to the ceremony and reception, you have a few options:

You can park in the Methodist Camp and hop on the shuttle around 4pm. If you choose to do this, we encourage you to be at Camp around 3:45 pm. There will be someone there helping with where to park.

Or you can park at Eagle Beach where the ceremony will be held. Park at the very end of the Eagle Beach road where you’ll see a small shelter and some signage and/or pennants. Ceremony will be held in that area. You can parallel park on both sides of the road.

3:00pm Safeway departure (Valley area)

Shuttle departs from the Safeway parking lot at the far end across from the Oaken Keg liquor store (see map below). Please show up 10-15 mins early.

3:20pm Auke Bay Elementary School departure (Auke Bay area)

Shuttle departs Auke Bay Elementary. Please show up 10-15 mins early.

4:00pm Methodist Camp departure to Eagle Beach (“Out the Road”)

If you are driving and parked at the Methodist Camp, you can catch the shuttle at the Methodist Camp to Eagle Beach for the ceremony (to help cut down on parking at the ceremony). The shuttle will wait during the ceremony and shuttle guests back to Camp for the reception around 5ish.

If you plan on staying at Camp the night of the wedding, you will be able to drop your belongings off before or after the ceremony.

There will be a list of who is staying in what cabin with a large map at the lodge as well as lists on the cabin front doors. There is more than enough space for everyone and the list is not set in stone, it’s just there to help you figure out where you should stay.

Here is a list of things you should consider bringing with you:

- Sleeping bag and pillow

- Change of clothes and layers

- Toiletries

- Headlamp

- Towel, soap, and flip flops for showering the next day

- Bug dope

Breakfast will be provided at the Methodist Camp on Sunday morning from 9:00-11:00am.
