We love all your little ones! However, the only children that will be at the wedding are the Ring Bearer and Flower girl who will only be present for the Ceremony! This is an adult only event. We encourage to use this evening as a date night!

Yes, there is parking across the street from the venue, The Bayview has their own parking. We do recommend taking an uber for those not staying at the Courtyard by Marriott. For our guest staying at that hotel a shuttle will be provided.

Our Ceremony will be held outside on the roof, cocktail hour will be mixed both in and outdoors and the reception will be inside!

Absolutely! While the formality is black tie, you are welcome to wear colors that make you feel festive and elegant—just NO white, ivory, or champagne.

Arriving to the venue 30 minutes early is a great idea to be sure you're able to find the venue and settle in before we begin!

The shuttle will pick up guests in front of the Courtyard Marriott at 5:30 PM. There will be two buses available for transportation to the venue.

**RSVPs are required by May 15, 2026.** This allows us to provide an accurate guest count to the venue. If we do not receive a response by this date, we will have to mark you as unable to attend — and we will miss celebrating with you!
