Yes! U.S dollar is also the official currency of Panama.

What's the easiest way to get around?

We are a big fan of Uber for several reasons. Uber is safe and trackable everywhere in Panama. For the most part, you can use it even if you don't speak Spanish. Once you are downtown, almost everything you want to see is either walking distance or just a carriage ride away, but again Uber is available as well! If you are staying at a hotel and don't use Uber, your hotel will be able to arrange transportation for you and from a destination.

Do I need Visa?

U.S Citizens just need a passport to travel to Panama. Be sure to check the expiration date! It should be at least 3 months after the date of travel to ensure seamless entry back to U.S. No visa is necessary.
