When is my RSVP due?
We ask that you please RSVP on or before January 13, 2025!
What airport should I fly into?
We would recommend flying into either Phoenix Sky Harbor or Phoenix-Mesa Gateway airport. The free airport transportation to and from Tempe Mission Palms Hotel is from Phoenix Sky Harbor airport only. Please see the travel section for more information on airport transportation!
What is the dress code?
Elegant Cocktail!
For men, we suggest a suit and tie (no jeans please), for women, a tea length, midi, or short cocktail style dress will be perfect!
Will the wedding be indoors or outdoors?
The wedding ceremony will be held outdoors followed by the reception under an outdoor, partially enclosed tent, so please make sure to dress for the weather! The average weather for Phoenix in early March is a high of 75 degrees and a low of 55 degrees.
Can I bring a plus one?
Due to limited venue capacity, we are unable to accommodate everyone’s plus ones, unless it is specifically indicated on your invitation envelope. The names of each party invited will be listed on the inner envelope of your invitation, as well as on your online RSVP form.
Can I bring my children?
We love all of your little ones, but we have decided to limit children to only those of close family and those traveling long distances. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to enjoy a fun night away and be present for the celebration!
When should I arrive and where should I go?
The wedding ceremony will begin at 4:00PM. We ask that guests arrive by at least 3:30PM. PLEASE make sure to account for Phoenix traffic!
Signs will be placed near the entrance and throughout the venue to guide you to your seats!
Open Bar?
Yes! We will have an open bar until 10PM, it will then switch to cash bar until last call at 10:30PM.
Can I take photos during the wedding ceremony?
We ask that all phones and cameras be turned off and put away during the ceremony so that we can have our loved ones fully present with us! We have hired the best photographers and videographers so that they can capture those precious moments, and our guests can get the full experience through their own eyes rather than a lens!
What colors are the bridal party wearing?
The bridal party will be wearing champagne, while the mothers of the bride and groom will be in light dusty blue.
WIll there be parking at the venue?
Yes! The venue has a large parking lot and cars may be left overnight if needed.
