Welcome to our wedding website!After over 8 years together, we are tying the knot in Lenox, MA on June 9, 2018! You will find all of the information you need about our wedding weekend here. We want to thank our parents, friends, and family for your love and support through the years and during our engagement. We feel extremely lucky to have so many wonderful people in our lives. Our Story

Our Wedding

People always seem to get a kick out of our international love story. So here it is for those that don't already know it or just want to hear it again…

The Meet Cute

Jeff and Jill met while sipping rum swizzles in the quaint town of Dockyard, Bermuda in July 2009. Both from New England, they happened to be on separate family vacations on a cruise where they immediately hit it off. The conversations were easy and they wanted to spend more and more time together. After that first night, they continued to hang out together in the evenings on the island, exploring local bars and losing all track of time.When the week was over they left things on a casual note, 'see ya around sometime.' But it was not long before Jeff asked Jill out on an official first date. They met up in Cambridge, MA where they joked, laughed, and salsa danced their way through the night.And for the next 8+ years, they overcame long distance, cross-country moves, and built a life together.

The Proposal

On August 13, 2016, Jeff and Jill were spending the weekend together at Jill's parent's house on Cape Cod. They had just celebrated their anniversary and wanted to do one of their favorite activities together, sailing. Jill thought it was just an ordinary trip but Jeff had her fooled! Behind the scenes he had crafted a master plan involving a sailboat captain, a photographer, and a private fishing boat to disguise the photographer while Jeff popped the question.Jeff and Jill set sail out of Provincetown harbor on the stunning, 49-foot Moment sailboat. As they sailed along the coast of Long Point Light House, they noticed seals playing in the water nearby and went to the bow of the boat to get closer. With the sun just setting on the horizon, Jeff reached into his pocket and then got down on one knee to propose. Completely caught off guard, Jill's immediate reaction was, 'wait is this really happening?' followed of course by a resounding 'YES!'

Seven Hills Inn offers&nbsp;discounted&nbsp;rooms for our wedding guests&nbsp;on-site which means less travel for you before and after the wedding! We fell in love with the romantic charm of this Gilded Age Mansion and hope you will take advantage of being able to stay on the gorgeous property.
