We have a reduced room rate secured at Arrowwood Resort. We also have a small room block at the Hampton Inn & Suites in downtown Alexandria. TJ, Jill, the wedding party and immediate family will be staying onsite at Gathered Oaks along with rooms at Arrowwood. We’d love to have you join and hang with us all weekend long. You will RSVP via this website. The link will be in your invitation when we send them in early 2024.

Attire: Semi-Formal - Take note of the event location when choosing your attire: the ceremony will be outside (paved surfaces available), the cocktail hour will be both inside and outside. The reception will be inside. Ties & jackets are welcomed but not required if you choose. Please, no jeans or shorts.

There will be a shuttle to the venue from Arrowwood and the Hampton Inn & Suites and back again at the end of the night from the venue. Prior to ceremony, there will be buses departing Hampton Inn at 3:20 & 4:00pm and Arrowwood at 4:20pm. At the end of the evening there will be shuttles departing from the venue to both hotels starting at 9:00pm until midnight (last shuttle of night).

There’s parking on-site - cars can be left over night if needed but should be picked up promptly (before 9am) on Saturday as they’ll have another wedding that day.

If you are allowed a plus one, it will be indicated within the online RSVP process. You will be prompted to provide your plus one’s name.

As much as we love your children, we are having an adults only wedding. We hope that this can be a fun evening for parents to let loose, you deserve a night out!
