The ceremony starts at 4:30PM so please plan to arrive 15 minutes early at 4:15. Traffic can be bad if you are driving through the cities. If you want to play it safe and arrive extra early, there are plenty of places on the course to sit back and relax!

Yes! We will have a shuttle running from 8:15PM-12AM taking you to the Courtyard Marriott from the venue. The last shuttle will depart the venue at 12AM sharp. You can park your cars overnight at the venue. We don’t want anyone drinking and driving so please take advantage of our shuttle!

We love your little ones as much as you do! Due to the limited numbers, we hope you appreciate that children are only invited if named on your invitation. We hope this will allow parents to use the night for a date night!

We are asking you to wear semi-formal/cocktail attire. Please avoid wearing white/cream/ivory and/or jeans. Think: suit or blazer with dress pants, dress, pants suit, or jumpsuit.

When you drive up to the venue, you will see a large parking lot at the entrance. The whole lot is fair game and there is plenty of parking for everyone.

No! Our venue has a strict policy and does not allow outside alcoholic beverages. You will have plenty of opportunities to visit the bar during the reception.

We will only be able to accommodate who is listed on your formal invitation. It will show on your invite as “Your name and Guest”

Make sure you type your name as it’s shown on your invitation. If you type it different, the RSVP will not populate. You can also try searching by last name only to locate the your rsvp.
