If you are flying into Massachusetts our recommendation is to fly into Boston Logan airport and either rent a car or take one of the shuttle services listed below to the Cape. This is by far the most cost effective option.
Cape Cod does have a regional airport in Hyannis for those that choose to fly directly to the Cape.

Airbnb is an awesome option and there are many reasonable housing options on the Cape. Here are a few examples in Brewster: https://www.airbnb.com/brewster-ma/stays
Please just remember to book as far in advance as possible. The Cape fills up VERY quickly in the summer and options will become less and less as the Wedding Date gets closer.
