Airporter Shuttle and Bellair Charters
If you are flying into SeaTac and don't want to rent a car, the Airporter shuttle will take you all the way to the Anacortes Ferry Terminal where you can catch the ferry to San Juan Island. There are only a few ferries to San Juan Island each day so make sure you check out the ferry schedule before reserving your shuttle. Just let us know if you are walking rather than driving on the ferry, and we'll arrange for someone to give you a ride to Lakedale once you dock at Friday Harbor.
Lakedale Resort
One of the main reasons we decided to have the wedding at Lakedale is that everyone can stay on site. We have the lodge, cabins, and lakehouse reserved in our contract for certain guests (you will be informed if you are one). Otherwise, there are glamping sites, campsites, and an airstream available. We definitely recommend making reservations in advance as summer is peak season at the resort. There is an interactive map on lakedale's website that shows where all sites are. FYI All of the wedding action will be taking place on the south side of grounds (past the cabins). There are lots of other accommodation options on the island so feel free to make reservations wherever works best for you!
Anacortes Ferry Terminal, Anacortes, WA, United States
To get to Friday Harbor, you will need to take the ferry from the Anacortes Ferry Terminal unless you want to charter out a private boat or plane. All tickets are roundtrip. The 2016 summer sailing schedule should be out by April 15th. There are parking areas available if you want to leave your car on the mainland. If you plan on driving on, you will want to make a reservation since summer is the high season for tourism. You can do so here:

Reservations are released in thirds.
• Two months before the start of the season, one-third of reservations for all sailings for the entire season are released. This will occur on April 15th.
• Two weeks before the sailing date another one-third is released.
• Two days before the sailing date the final one-third is released.
If you are walking on the ferry you do not need a reservation. Walking on only costs about $13. Please let us know if you need a ride from the ferry terminal to Lakedale.
