Jillian and Aaron’s second date was a mix of hockey, laughter, and a little chaos. They headed to a Toledo Walleye game, but not without a funny story behind it. After their first date, Aaron was so excited to see Jillian again that he invited her to the game before even checking for tickets. Jillian said she’d love to go but needed to check her schedule. By the time she confirmed, Aaron realized… tickets were selling out fast! Cue a frantic scramble to make the date happen. In the end, Aaron pulled it off, and the two had a blast, braving the cold and cheering on the Walleye. What started as a close call turned into a night they’ll always laugh about!

It was a bright and sunny Sunday in Toledo. Jillian and Aaron headed to Pearson Park in Oregon for a long walk, covering miles while chatting about everything under the sun. After hours of walking and talking, they grabbed smoothies to refuel. On the drive home, as the conversation shifted to the future, Aaron locked it in. He asked Jillian to be his girlfriend! No big speeches, no elaborate plans—just a moment that marked the start of their adventure together.

As you know, Aaron lives in Holland and Jillian lives in Oregon—but that doesn’t stop them from making the most of summer! One of there favorite thing to do? Head to Maumee Bay to walk along the beach and just hang out. One evening, Aaron calls Jillian with some exciting news: "I rode my jet ski from Perrysburg to Lake Erie... and now I’m at Maumee Bay!" Jillian, of course, didn’t hesitate. She hopped in her car and sped off to meet him at the beach. It was the perfect impromptu evening—jet skis, sunsets, and the kind of spontaneous fun that makes memories. They spent the evening laughing, enjoying the waves, and celebrating just being together. It was one of those nights that reminded them how much fun they can have when they’re together!
