Steve and Jill met in 2011 at groomsman Brian's house. Shortly after meeting, they quickly found out that they had both been working at Shoprite together the entire time! It wasn't long before a romance started to blossom. Steve and Jill began dating in the summer of 2011, and made it official on September 4, 2011. They have been inseparable ever since.

Steve and Jill became established with their careers as a sheriffs officer and a teacher, and quickly purchased their first home together in December of 2017. Shortly after, Eve (fur baby) joined their little family in February 2018. Steve and Jill became engaged on December 16, 2019. Steve had taken Jill out to dinner that night at their favorite Italian restaurant. While at the restaurant, Mr. Reimers went to their house to change Eve's bandana to one that read, "Will you marry my dad?". Upon arriving at home, Jill greeted Eve, saw the bandana, and Steve got down on one knee in front of their Christmas tree.

In their free time, the pair enjoys kayaking together with friends, watching horror movies together, and spending time with Eve at the beach. Steve and Jill are excited to begin their next chapter as husband and wife, and they are beyond excited to be celebrate with all of their family and friends.
