Log on to www.hotelhotsprings.org – enter “Check Availability” under Book Your Stay. This will take you to the “Reservation” page to enter your arrival and departure date. Click on ENTER IT NOW beside Promo or Group Code. Under additional options, this will allow you to enter the group’s special code and click Update.

The group special rate and room types should be displayed. The group code is SHWP24 and is case sensitive.

Cut-Off Date: Please book your room within this block by September 25, 2024.

Group Rates: The current group rates are: $139.00 Single Occupancy, $149.00 Double Occupancy, $159.00 Triple Occupancy, and $169.00 Quad Occupancy. All rates include a free breakfast buffet every morning from 6:30AM until 9:30AM.

**Note** Hotel Hot Springs will offer complimentary shuttle service from the hotel to the reception venue but with the end time being roughly 10:00 PM. Guests staying at this hotel may choose to drive to the ceremony, return to hotel to drop off car, and take the shuttle to the reception. We will do our best to accommodate the reception timeline for those who utilize the shuttle.

We also have a small room block at The Waters which is right off bath house row.
