Amphitheater of the Redwoods at Pema Osel Ling provides a serene setting in the redwood forest of the California Santa Cruz Mountains for our wedding celebration. Getting here is a beautiful drive through winding roads full of redwoods.

Note:

Please do not follow Google Maps or Apple Maps directions that take you to Summit Road and then Highland Way. Highland Way is a very remote, winding road that is one lane in many places. Currently, Highland Road is in very bad shape after the rains and Google maps may not be aware of the deterioration. You do not save any time taking Highland Way because of the road conditions. Please reach out to Kevin or Jill for directions that avoid Highland way if Google Maps is showing you that road.

We recommend flying into San Jose Mineta International Airport, which is about an hour away from the Santa Cruz area. You can either rideshare or rent a car to your accommodations.

There are several options for accommodations whether you plan on just staying one day or the whole weekend.

Staying on site:

Amphitheater of the Redwoods has lodging on site! There are cabins, a couple yurts, a couple houses, and (if you're feeling adventurous) you can pitch a tent. Please reach out to Kevin or Jill for more information and availability.

Staying off-site:

There are many hotels and airbnbs in the area close by. We recommend staying in Aptos which is about 11-14 miles from the venue. If you are looking for hotel recommendations in that area, please reach out to Jill for a list.
