Because the ceremony begins promptly at 5pm, we recommend you aim to arrive by 4:30pm to ensure you are able to comfortably arrive on time.
Where can I park?
There is a field to the right as you enter the venue. Parking is available there in front of the vines. Reserved parking for immediate family will be further up towards the tasting room. Signage will direct you when you arrive. You may leave your cars overnight.
What is the dress code?
Dress code is semi-formal for our big day. We ask for no jeans, shorts, or white attire, please. Our ceremony will take place outdoors in the vineyard. If rain is in the forecast, there is a contingency plan in place.
May I take photos and videos at the ceremony?
We ask that our guests join us in an unplugged ceremony & keep phones and cameras away. We have hired a professional photographer who will capture the entire day. However, feel free to go crazy after the ceremony!
What is on the menu?
Our appetizers and dinner will be prepared and served family style by The Cooks' House - a local restaurant in TC. They have created a menu for our big day that will consist of light summer and hearty fall flavors.
We have Third Coast Bakery preparing an assortment of mini desserts and Petoskey Pretzel Co. soft pretzels as our late night snack.
If you have specific food allergies, please let us know beforehand!
Are children invited?
While we love your little ones, our wedding is adult-only. We appreciate your understanding!
Will transportation be provided?
Since our ceremony and reception are at the same venue, transportation will not be provided. We would recommend scheduling an Uber, Lyft, or taxi beforehand if you would like a ride after the reception. Uber and Lyft's are very hard to get without scheduling prior, so please plan accordingly.
Is there a hotel block?
Due to an abundance of places to stay in the Traverse City area, we have not blocked specific hotels. Please visit our Travel page for accommodation suggestions.
