IMPORTANT: RSVP on the website by July 1, 2025.
RSVPs will be required for attendance. Invitees may bring their spouse. All RSVPs will be done online. There are limited spots at the ceremony so only people that have been invited and responded will get tickets to ride the gondola up to the ceremony and be able to join for brunch. If a spouse is attending, they will also need to make sure they have RSVP'd.
While we would love for children to attend the wedding, we are limited in the number of people that can attend. Children, dogs and friends are more than welcome to join the Oktoberfest festivities at 3 PM in Vail Village. There will be kid friendly events for them to enjoy.

Gondola Ride to Wedding Venue

9:15 Check in at Eagle Bahn Gondola
9:30-10:00 AM - Guests ride up to the wedding deck.
Please join us at the Eagle Bahn Gondola in the Lionshead Village of Vail, Colorado, for a ride to the top of the mountain. Guests that have RSVP'd to the wedding will receive a ticket at the gondola to ride up and down for the ceremony.
10:00 AM–12:00 PM
Ceremony
Arrive early as guests will have the opportunity to have photo taken at the top prior to the ceremony.
Once to the top of the gondola, please walk a short distance to the Holy Cross Wedding Deck for the wedding ceremony. Bathrooms are available at the top of the gondola, if needed.

After the ceremony, guests will ride the gondola back down to Lionshead Village, walk to the Lionshead Village Westbound in-town buses, ride in town buses to Vail Road in Vail Village. There will be a short walk along Vail Road to the restaurant. Brunch will be at Cucina located in The Lodge at Vail.

Reception
CUCINA IN THE LODGE AT VAIL
Brunch will be served from noon to 3 PM at Cucina in Vail Village, Colorado. After the ceremony, guests will ride the gondola down to Lionshead Village. There will be a slight walk to the bus stops so you can take the in-town buses to Vail Village. Buses are are free and come at regularly scheduled times. Once you arrive in Vail Village, you will walk toward The Lodge at Vail. The restaurant Cucina is located inside.

Oktoberfest ~ Wedding Party Stein Holding Competition
Attire: Oktoberfest attire encouraged!
Join us at the River Stage in Vail Village for your chance to see who out muscles who in a friendly stein holding competition between some of the wedding party!

Vail Village will have Oktoberfest on September 13, 2025. This event is a public event and open to all. We hope guests will embrace to fun of polka bands, dancing, pretzels, and beer. We look forward to celebrating with everyone.
