In the Traditional Latin Mass, some of the most obvious differences you will notice are that the priest is facing away from the people and speaking in Latin. This is to allow the priest to lead all of the faithful in a sacrifice to God the Father. Out of respect for our Lord, the Bride and Groom request that guests dress modestly in the style required at St. Peter's Basilica in Rome and by St. Mary's Church: namely, that the shoulders and knees are covered for both men and women, with no form fitting or revealing clothing.

The Mass may be a little longer than you are used to. Many of the women in attendance may be wearing veils. The church is meant to be a place of silence and prayer, so please refrain from conversation once you are seated. Altar rails with kneelers are used for Communion. If you are unfamiliar with the Latin Mass, don’t worry! We ask nothing more than to enjoy the beauty of the sights, smells, and sacred music this Holy Mass has to offer, and celebrate with us!

MASS: There is a limited amount of parking on the grounds of the church, and there is also a parking garage right next to the church, with an entrance on W. Hector St. The garage is free on evenings and weekends. RECEPTION: Flourtown Country Club has plenty of free parking. There will also be transportation offered to and from the Hilton Garden Inn and Flourtown Country Club for those staying at the hotel.

Conshohocken is a great walking town with plenty of bars and restaurants within blocks of the church. See our "Things to Do" page for some of our favorites. Flourtown Country Club is about 20 minutes from the church. Make sure to leave yourself time to get there by 5:00!

Yes! There will be a shuttle running a loop from the hotel to the reception starting at 4pm, and from the reception to the hotel from 9-11pm.

After the reception, we are planning to continue the fun at the Hilton Garden Inn bar.
