Back in 2018, Matt and I had briefly met. My sister Melanie and Matt both attended SUNY Buffalo and were in the same social circle. Fast forward to a year later, May 2019. I had just become a flight attendant with American Airlines and we both were spending time with friends in Long Beach for Memorial Day weekend. Matt (“Russo” as everyone calls him) came up to talk to me and we both instantly recognized each other. From then on, things just seemed to fall right into place.

We started officially dating on July 6th, 2019 (a happy coincidence that this ended up being our wedding date) and in the summer of 2021 we moved to Huntington, Long Island with our pup Nina.

Matt and I had started to create so many amazing memories together. From moving in, to traveling the world, going to Yankees and Rangers games, cooking together (well mostly Matt) and to all the amazing times with our family and friends.

On May 24th, 2024, on our annual Memorial Day weekend trip to Roscoe, Matt asked me to be his wife, the same place he asked me to be his girlfriend 5 years earlier. We could not imagine life without each other, and we are so excited to celebrate our love with all of you !
