Unplugged Ceremony. Our ceremony will take place outdoors, weather permitting. Seating for the ceremony will begin at 3:30 p.m. and the ceremony will begin promptly at 4:00 p.m. If you arrive after the ceremony has already begun, please quietly find a seat in the back rows. Ladies, please be mindful that if the ground is wet, block heels will be your best bet!

Cocktail Hour will be held outside on the back patio immediately following the ceremony. The outside bar, located on the back patio, will be open and hours d’oeuvres will be served. There will be a second open bar located inside the Pavilion.

The reception will begin at 5:30 pm. The bar will close briefly during dinner service, so make sure to grab a drink or two before finding your seat! Bar close for dinner service at 5:30 p.m. Dinner will be served at 6:00 p.m. Bar reopens at 6:35 p.m. Dance floor will open at 7:00 p.m. Bar switches to Tap/Credit/Debit bar at 9:35 p.m. Last call will be at 10:30 p.m. **The open bar will switch over to cash bar at 9:35 p.m. The venue will only take tap, debit or credit as a form of payment during this time**
