Please RSVP by the 29th of October as we need to give our venue plenty notice of our numbers.
When should I arrive to the ceremony?
Please allow plenty of time for parking and walking to the ceremony location. We ask that you plan to arrive in plenty of time for a 3pm start. Thank you!
Is there seating at the ceremony?
As the ceremony is in the garden we will only be able to cater for 60 seats which means some people will have to stand. Please be considerate when choosing a seat. Thanks!
Is there parking at the Royal Botanic Garden?
Parking is limited therefore please allow plenty of time.
If you're driving to the Garden, 24 hour metered parking is available on Mrs Macquaries Road, Hospital Road and Macquarie Street. Secure, undercover parking is also available at the Domain Car Park. Mobility parking is available near the Wolloomooloo Gate and outside the Art Gallery of NSW.
Hourly rates are:
Mon - Sun 8 am to 8 pm $9.00/hr
What if it's raining?
If its anymore than a sprinkle, we have a back up plan and will let everyone know the day prior to the wedding. Make sure you bring umbrellas just in case. Our wedding is under a large fig tree which will also provide some shelter from the sun/rain.
We will update the website if there are any changes.
Is there parking at the reception?
Parking is available in the council carpark both next to and across the road from the venue (free parking after 6pm)
Are children allowed?
Although we love your children, we regretfully cannot accommodate them. We hope you will see this as an opportunity to let your hair down and enjoy the party with us.
