What date should I RSVP by?
Please RSVP by July 1st, 2025. This will help us finalize all the details and make sure we have everything ready for your arrival!
Can I bring a guest?
Kindly note that the celebration is for invited guests only. We appreciate your understanding and look forward to celebrating with you.
What time does the ceremony start?
The ceremony will begin at 4:00pm. We recommend arriving early to find your seat and enjoy the atmosphere before we get started.
Are children allowed at the ceremony?
We love kids, but we’re kindly requesting that it be an adult-only event to ensure everyone can fully enjoy the celebration. We hope you understand, and we look forward to celebrating with you!
Is there a dress code?
We kindly ask guests to dress in formal/semi-formal attire, as we’re aiming for an elegant and stylish celebration. Feel free to add your own personal touch, but we recommend keeping it classy and comfortable for the day!
Will the ceremony be indoors or outdoors?
The ceremony will be held outdoors, providing a beautiful and memorable setting for our special day. We can’t wait to share this moment with you!
Can I take photos during the ceremony?
We kindly ask that you refrain from taking photos during the ceremony to ensure an uninterrupted and intimate experience. Our professional photographer will be capturing all the special moments, and we can't wait to share those with you after the big day!
Will there be parking available?
Yes, there will be plenty of parking available at the venue and Bearspaw have kindly allowed free overnight parking with next day pick up from 7-11am (gates will be closed from 1-7am). Taking an uber is also a great option if you plan on drinking!
What should I do if I have dietary restrictions?
If you have any dietary restrictions, please let us know when you RSVP, and we’ll make sure to accommodate your needs. We want everyone to enjoy the meal, so don’t hesitate to reach out with any questions or concerns.
What drinks will be available?
We’ll have a variety of drinks available, including signature cocktails, beer, wine, and non-alcoholic options to suit everyone's preferences. During the cocktail hour, we’ll have an open bar with a variety of drinks to enjoy. Wine will be served with dinner, followed by an additional open bar until 10pm. After 10pm, the bar will be available for purchase with both cash and card to keep the party going!
