Our story began in the summer of 2020 when Sarene received a friend request and DM from Jobin on Instagram. The DM was of none other than a man sliding down a hallway with the message “So I've been trying to figure out how to slide into your DM’s &amp; this is what I came up with”. Sarene found herself rolling her eyes but simultaneously chuckling at the message. Something in her gut told her to respond, because what would come of it anyway, right? From there, DM’s turned into text messages (because as Jobin so slyly stated, he’s NEVER on instagram), text messages turned into phone calls and phone calls inevitably turned into nightly facetimes. Night after night we got closer and closer. Our conversations were effortless and it felt like we had known each other for years. After a few months and several failed attempts at seeing each other due to travel restrictions, Jobin hopped&nbsp;into his car and made the 10 hour drive from Michigan to New Jersey to see Sarene. We haven't looked back since! From navigating a long distance relationship to now being just a few months shy of our wedding day, neither of us would change a thing. We are so excited to begin this new chapter as husband and wife!
