Ceremony: The ceremony begins at 2:00 pm on May 11, but we kindly ask that you arrive by 1:50 pm. Reception: Please arrive anytime between 5:00-5:20 pm. The reception will begin at 5:30 pm and food will be served at 5:45 pm (bring your appetites!).

Ceremony: Parking is available at the church (19 Ottawa St N, Kitchener) and in the plaza just across from the church by the Tim Hortons, Value Village, etc. Reception: Parking is available at the Stratford Country Club (53 Romeo St N, Stratford).

The dress code is semi-formal, but the vibe is “fun spring wedding,” so don’t feel you need to dress too fancy. Wear whatever you feel comfortable and confident in :)

Out of consideration for those who are scent-sensitive (including the mother of the groom), please DO NOT wear any scented products to the wedding.

The reception is alcohol-free. The venue is pretty strict about outside beverages and may ask you to leave if they find you with any (even in the parking lot). Fear not though, there will be an excellent selection of other beverages available! :)

There will be a designated smoking/vaping area outside the building (NOT on the patio). Please inquire with the venue staff for more information.

Unfortunately, the venue does not allow confetti. Failure to adhere to this will result in a hefty fee. Instead, bring your dancing shoes! :)

If you are a family member or part of the wedding party, you’ll get to enjoy a fun photoshoot! We’ll follow-up with you individually with more details.
