9:15: Guests start to arrive at recreation hall for bus trip to the ceremony venue. Please arrive at for your scheduled trip.


10:30: Wedding ceremony begins


11:00: Ceremony ends and guests begin valet to recreation hall


11:30: Meet and greet with an apple cider and hot chocolate bar as well as appetizers


1:00: Lunch reception starts


2:00: Photo Booth session and more mingling


2:50: Official dances


3:30: Games begin
