Spooky season of 2019 came around and Jocelyn was asked join to her boss, Brenda, and her friend, Cindy, at a haunted corn maze. On the drive there, Cindy asked if Jocelyn played any sports, because her sons played on a volleyball league and they were always looking for subs.

Come to a couple of week's later, Zach's team needed a volleyball sub and texted Jocelyn to see if she was available. She was, and this was the start of a little flirting between the two. Jocelyn got invited by Brenda to a Christmas Eve Party at Cindy's house. Jocelyn was still learning what kinds of wine she liked, so that night she tried many varieties of wine. Most she didn't like so Zach drank all of the wines that she didn't want because he couldn't say no to the pretty girl. By the end of the night both of them were singing to Christmas songs together. Zach was sure not feeling well in the morning. But then covid hit and volleyball was cancelled. Once volleyball had resumed, Jocelyn had joined Zach's brother's volleyball team, but Zach had moved away to Las Vegas.

Then come to almost two years later, Zach had moved back and Zach's volleyball team again needed a sub, and he texted Jocelyn. Of course she said yes. A week later Zach asked Jocelyn on their first date. And she continued to sub on there volleyball team for the season along with spending time getting to know with each other on dates. They both quickly started having feelings for each other.

Fast forward to two years into their relationship, Zach asked Jocelyn if she wanted to go to her favorite winery with his brother and a couple of friends. Zach had a customized wine label made and had it put on a bottle so that when Jocelyn grabbed to bottle out of the chiller, it had the BIG question on it! Of course she said YES! And Zach had planned it all so the his brother was there to capture it all on film, and that they could celebrate with friends and family!
