When is the RSVP deadline?
We kindly request that you RSVP by July 27th, 2025.
Where will the wedding take place?
The Ceremony will take place at St. Mary's Catholic Church in Port Sanilac & the Reception will be at Lavender Shores Farm. They are located within a half mile from each other.
Both addresses are listed on the "Home" page.
The ceremony will be inside the church & the reception will take place outdoors. The reception will take place in a tented area as well as in the barn.
Where should guests park?
For the Ceremony, there is a parking lot at the church.
For the Reception, there is ample parking space at the venue. There will be someone there to assist in directing where to park.
You are more than welcome to leave your vehicles at the venue overnight if you need to!
Where should I stay?
We do not have a hotel block for guests. We did purchase the "camping package" with our reception venue. Anyone who wishes to stay on the property for the weekend (Friday-Sunday) is more than welcome to! Please bring your own tent & supplies, there is a modern "outhouse" with a flushable toilet & shower with hot water! :)
I have attached a business card in the "Travel" section, with a realtor who can help to find local Airbnb properties close to the venue.

What should I wear?
The dress code is semi-formal/cocktail attire. (No jeans, sweats, etc.)
The wedding reception will take place in a barn/outdoorsy setting, so ladies keep that in mind when choosing your footwear.
Are kids welcome?
As much as we love your little ones, this will be an adults only reception (except for the wedding party). We hope this advanced notice means you're able to let your hair down & celebrate with us on our special day!
When does the reception end?
The reception will end at midnight. We will be staying in the camping area on site & all are more than welcome to join for a bonfire/after party to continue the celebration! You will need to BYOB for after the reception as our bartenders will be gone for the night.
Can I bring a plus one?
We have a strict guest list to stay on budget. Our wedding is strictly RSVP only. We will only be able to accommodate those listed on your invitation. Thank you for your understanding!
