Michael and I met when he was 15 and I was 16. A mutual friend from high school introduced us. Our first several dates were going to the movies. All I can remember Is that we begged our parents to let us stay at the movie theater to watch a second movie so we could spend more time together. After 9 years, we have so many memories. Some of our favorites involve trips we took together, camping, boating, or our many walks on the Bay City State Park beach. After 1 year of dating, Michael gave me a promise ring. I had that ring for 6 and a half years, and on July 30th, 2023 it became an engagement ring!
