Dear Family and Friends,

We are excited that our wedding weekend is right around the corner and that we will be in community with all of you to celebrate our special occasion.

Here is some information and reminders for the wedding weekend. We realize y'all are attending one or more events so just read what applies to you! xoxo

Friday May 9, 2025

We kick off the official wedding weekend at 7pm with games, music, connection, and laughter! There will be appetizers and beverages (alcoholic and non-alcoholic).

7-8pm We will shmooze, listen to music (thank you to our friend Jamie for creating a playlist for us), play games, and nosh.

8-9pm The jam/sing-along session will begin! Remember to bring your instrument and/or your voice. And, even if you don't play an instrument or sing, stick around to enjoy the groovin' with everyone (thank you to our friend, Anthony, for creating the sing-along playlist)!

If you live locally, please bring camp chairs!

If you are arriving early, whether you are staying at the cottages or elsewhere, please come find us at the Cottages at Point Reyes Seashore so we can visit pre-wedding: 13275 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, Inverness, CA 94937

We arrive Thursday afternoon to begin the set-up! We would love to spend pre-wedding time with anyone if you get there early - although, if you are willing to help out, you may also be put to work! D

While Dinner on Friday night is not included in our weekend events, feel free to join us at the Tap Room in Inverness, where we will be grabbing an early dinner. If there is anyone who would be willing to go to the Tap Room around 4:00pm and try to grab tables for a group, that would be awesome!

Additionally, you can bring a small amount of groceries to your cottage and prepare your own meal. Or, there are a number of restaurants in the area. Here is a list of several restaurants in order of proximity from the Cottages: (many do not take reservations)

Saturday breakfast and lunch are on your own. Enjoy the morning. If you are on the property and would like to visit with us while helping set-up, please join us!

The wedding ceremony* begins at 2:00 pm at Drakes Estero. We would like to arrange carpools for getting to the ceremony because parking is limited. So, we ask everyone to please meet at the Cottages at Point Reyes Seashore at 12:45pm : 13275 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, Inverness, CA 94937. Cars will be leaving the Cottages at 1:00 pm.

After the wedding, please join us at the Cottages at Point Reyes Seashore for appetizers, reception, and a casual dinner. Come ready to dance, play, eat, and enjoy!

*The ceremony will take place on the beach and chairs will be limited. Please wear comfortable shoes as most of us will be standing for the entire ceremony (approx 45 minutes) and you will need to walk on semi rocky/sandy areas.

Please join us for a walk on the beach and a gratitude circle Sunday Morning. If you would like to participate in this, please plan to meet at 7:30am at the Cottages at Point Reyes Seashore (13275 Sir Francis Drake Blvd, Inverness, CA 94937) so we may quickly arrange carpools and head to the beach or you can meet us at Drakes Beach which is not the same as Drakes Estero!

Mother's Day Brunch will start at 9:30am at the Cottages (see address above)

If you have signed up to help clean up after the weekend, we will begin this after brunch. If you were not able to sign up with cousin Bonnie, we invite you to stay and offer a hand or two - many hands makes light work! Thank you!

We are so excited to have you joining us for our wedding celebration weekend and appreciate everyone who is helping to make this a remarkable and special weekend.

A huge early EXTRA special thank you to our cousin, Bonnie, who has been an unbelievable support and organizer! YAY!

FINALLY, please note: During the wedding ceremony, we ask that if you wish to take photos or video and you are not a designated photo or video person, to do it subtly so that your camera doesn't get in the pictures of those designated for the actual photos and video. Thank you.
